Welcome to AxnBox. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AxnBox website at axnbox.com (the "Site"), operated by Box Entertainment Group LLC ("AxnBox," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Description of Service

AxnBox is the streaming home for vertical action series, tactical thrillers, and feature films. The Site currently provides information about AxnBox, a blog, a newsletter, and a film submission process. Our full streaming application for iOS and Android is forthcoming. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If we create account-based features in the future, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Film Submissions and User Content

If you submit a film or project to AxnBox through our submission form, you affirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you own or control the rights to the content you submit. By submitting, you grant AxnBox a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to review, evaluate, and consider your submission, and to contact you about it. Submitting a project does not guarantee that AxnBox will acquire, distribute, or display it. You retain all ownership rights in your content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.
• Submit content that is fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by AxnBox and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law. Content you submit remains your property, subject to the license granted above.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including our sibling brand TerrorBox. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
